Od urodzenia jedzenie jest dla nas przyjemnością. Prawie każdą uroczystość czy specjalną okazję świętuje się jedząc słodycze: torty urodzinowe, lody, ciastka, cukierki.
Dlatego odstawienie cukru może sprawić ci duże kłopoty.
Cukier działa jak narkotyk i uzależnia. Im więcej jesz cukru, tym więcej go potrzebujesz.
Od cukru wzrasta twoja waga, co związane jest z nadwagą, starzeniem się czy chorobami. Zamiast uszczęśliwiać cukier pogarsza nastrój i powoduje niepokój. Prawdziwe i stałe szczęście przychodzi po odstawieniu cukru. Zbędne kilogramy znikają, poprawia się zdrowie, czujesz się młodziej, masz też świadomość,że dokonałaś dobrego wyboru. Bądź pewna siebie i myśl o korzyściach, jakie ta decyzja może przynieść.
Zacznij jeść by żyć.
Tylko jak tego dokonać. Jak przygotować się do walki z cukrem.
Może moje rady będą pomocne, wczytaj się uważnie.

Nie trzymaj słodyczy w domu. Jeżeli będziesz miała apetyt na coś słodkiego, będziesz musiała iść do sklepu. Ta konieczność może cię
zniechęcić.
Miej pod ręka zdrowe przekąski np: owoce, orzechy lub pestki, marchewkę, łodygi selera.
Zmniejsz ilość soli, napady łaknięcia będą mniejsze. kiedy organizm otrzymuje jednego więcej, może czuć potrzebę drugiego. Dlatego po
dużych ilościach słodkiego, możesz mięć ochotę na słone przekąski.
Unikaj kofeiny, sztucznych słodzików czy alkoholu.
Jedz regularnie zbilansowane posiłki. Duży głód powoduje jedzenie cukru, ponieważ organizm potrzebuje szybko dawki energii.
Zmniejsz spożycie białej mąki, białego ryżu, zwykłych makaronów, w organizmie produkty te zamieniają się w cukier.
Zmęczenie też może powodować, że pojawi się chęć na słodycze, ale tylko dlatego,że wcześniej przyzwyczaiłaś organizm do szybkich dawek energii w postaci cukru.
Wysypiaj się, żyj aktywnie, wysiłek fizyczny pomaga spalić cukier
i zapobiega jego odkładaniu się w postaci tłuszczu.
Wiedz, że niektóre suplementy zmniejszają łaknięcie cukru. Chrom,magnez i cynk pomagają regulować poziom cukru we krwi.
Zwróć uwagę na dobrą multiwitaminę, która zawiera te minerały w odpowiednich proporcjach.
Używaj witaminę C ponieważ w organizmie zachowuje się jak cukier i zmniejsza chęć na słodycze.

Nie popełniaj błędu, nie eliminuj z diety cukru od razu przez  zastosowanie mniej oczyszczonych substancji słodzących, słodziki
lub spożywając większą ilość owoców. Zamienniki te powodują nadmierną produkcję  insuliny w organizmie i zaburzają równowagę tak samo jak cukier.
Również soki owocowe, które pozbawione są błonnika przyśpieszają wchłanianie zawartego w nich cukru.

  1. Witam Panie Wojtku
    Zgadzam się,że cukier nie tylko powoduje nadwagę,ale też stany zapalne i choroby.Kiedyś też byłam przez jakiś czas uzależniona od słodyczy i choć nie miałam nadwagi,to często chorowałam.
    Zastąpienie cukru słodzikami też nie jest dobrym do końca rozwiązaniem,bo niektóre z nich są nawet rakotwórcze,a co najgorsze są dodawane do wielu produktów spożywczych.Myślę,że optymalnym rozwiązaniem jest nauczyć się czerpać zdrowe cukry z naturalnych produktów np warzywa i owoce.

      Nie można dopuszczać myśli, że cukier uszczęśliwia. Może przez moment kiedy w ustach jest słodko.
      Trwa to jednak krótko i płaci się wysoką cenę.
      Od cukru człowiek tyje, starzeje się i choruje. cukier jest wszędzie i prawie każdy z
      nas go spożywa, nie jedząc nawet deserów. Cukier jest w większości produktów przetworzonych
      w postaci rafinowanej i nie jest prawdziwym pokarmem, ponieważ okrada organizm z pożywienia.

      but try it some limit
