Jak jeść więcej i ważyć mniej. Myślisz, że istnieje jakaś cudowna metoda. Nie istnieje. Trzeba tylko umiejętnie połączyć pokarmy w czasie posiłku. Kiedyś ludzie nie jedli mięsa z bułką i frytkami, makaron z serem, pomidorami i mięsem, a na deser ciasto z owocami.
Jedli naturalne pokarmy. Jak jedli owoce, to jedli owoce, nie mieszali ich z cukrem i zbożem żeby zrobić ciasto. A jak mięso , to mięso.

W układzie pokarmowym w wyniku złych połączeń pokarmów następują zaburzenia. Męczy nas zgaga, rozdęcia, ostre bóle, gazy czy zaparcia. Te problemy są za sprawą nieprzetrawionego jedzenia, które fermentuje lub rozkłada się, uwalniając toksyny zatruwające cały organizm.

Jak ustawić spożywanie żywności, której produkty do przetrawienia potrzebują podobnych enzymów i podobnego środowiska chemicznego. Produkty takie jak chleb, makaron, ryż i tym podobne wymagają środowiska zasadowego. Organizm musi je rozłożyć i wykorzystać zawarte składniki odżywcze. Te produkty zostają krócej w  żołądku niż białka.
Natomiast białka potrzebują środowiska kwaśnego. Pokarmy zazwyczaj dłużej zostają w żołądku.
Pamiętaj, że kiedy spożywasz razem produkty które do trawienia potrzebują innego środowiska chemicznego, proces ten ulega zakłóceniu i żywność nie zostaje dobrze przetrawiona.
Przyczyną tego jest wydzielanie się składników zasadowych, pomagających trawienie skrobi oraz kwasów koniecznych do strawienia  białka. Kwas  i zasady zobojętniają się wzajemnie, i dlatego pożywienie  nie zostaje odpowiednio strawione.
Marnują się wartościowe enzymy trawienne, ponieważ potrzebne są duże ich ilości do przetrawienia posiłku skrobiowo-białkowego.
Żołądek jest przeciążony, a ty odczuwasz ospałość.
Tak się utarło, że większość naszego społeczeństwa spożywa białko
z produktami skrobiowymi. Przykładem tego jest obiad składający się
z ziemniaków i mięsa. Dlatego występowanie niestrawności jest normą.

Na owoce również trzeba uważać. Zawierają  w sobie wszystkie enzymy potrzebne do ich szybkiego trawienia. Melon, arbuz pozostaje w żołądku 15- 20 minut, ale inne nie co dłużej. Jednak żaden owoc nie jest trawiony dłużej niż skrobia nie mówiąc o białku.
Po dużym posiłku, na deser zjadając owoce, przyczyniasz się do tworzenia przez nie  zatoru. Znajdując się razem ze skrobią zaczyną fermentować, a powstające toksyny rozchodzą się po całym organizmie. Tak samo sprawa wygląda z białkiem. Organizm nie mogąc wykorzystać większość składników odżywczych zawartych w tym pożywieniu, szybko potrzebuje kolejnej porcji jedzenia. W ten sposób zaczynasz jeść więcej, jednocześnie zatruwając organizm.
Taki stan szkodzi zdrowiu i jest przeszkodą w kontrolowaniu wagi. Trzy główne posiłki dziennie nich składają się np: z produktów białkowych / nie koniecznie zwierzęcego/ i warzyw;  z warzyw i skrobi; z samych owoców.
To zapewni optymalne trawienie i przyniesie efekty.
