Siła oczekiwania.

W twojej psychice działają na siebie trzy siły: pragnienie, jego realizacja  oraz oczekiwanie.
Dwie pierwsze siły skierowane są na osiągnięcie celu w naszym
przypadku mówimy o pozbyciu się nadwagi, a trzecia siła pilnuje i ponagla dwie pozostałe do osiągnięcia celu.
Czekasz…….dlatego każdy dzień zaczyna się od oczekiwania, że to dzisiaj wydarzy się coś, co będzie sprzyjało podjęciu się walki z nadwagą. To dzisiaj zapadnie tak dla ciebie ważna decyzja.
Myślisz, gdy zacznę się odchudzać, będę zdrowsza, będę lepiej wyglądać, ludzie będą dla mnie sympatyczniejsi, wszystko się zmieni na lepsze. To oczekiwanie prowokuje cię do rozmów i przemyśleń na ten temat. Powinnaś tę wizję pielęgnować, bo gdy zacznie się oddalać, a nie będzie przybliżać, pojawi się w tobie poczucie krzywdy.
Czekałam, chciałam i znowu nic nie wyszło.
Twoje oczekiwanie powiększyło wewnętrzną krzywdę, która przesłoniła wszystko, nie pozwalając ci realnie ocenić rzeczywistości.

Dlatego nie ma co czekać, musisz wykorzystać siłę emocji i zdobyć się na przyśpieszenie procesu odchudzania. Uwalniając się od zbędnych kilogramów i centymetrów.

A jeżeli poddasz się sile oczekiwania i będziesz czekać i czekać na spełnienie życzenia, możesz wszystko przegapić. A nawet uświadamiając  sobie, że nie jesteś w stanie zrealizować swojego marzenia to i tak będziesz oczekiwała na dogodną chwilę, żeby
swoje oczekiwanie zrealizować, chociaż nie będziesz wiedziała kiedy to się stanie.
W walce z otyłością  oczekiwanie jest bardzo aktywne, popycha cię w stronę lustra, zmusza do ważenia się, mierzenia talii, poszukiwania oznak chudnięcia. W tym oczekiwaniu tkwi ogromna siła, ale też  zdarza się że negatywna.

Każdy z nas, ty też  chcąc rozpocząć coś nowego zna uczucie niecierpliwości. Oczekujesz na jakieś zmiany, a one nie przychodzą.
Dlatego tylu z nas przeważnie cokolwiek zaczyna, to po pewnym czasie, nawet długim to rzuca. Ponieważ nie ma natychmiastowych szybko zauważalnych zmian. Trzeba pokonać niecierpliwość stopniowo, spokojnie i uparcie dążąc do celu. Nasze oczekiwania stając się bardzo niespokojne nawet gorączkowe, będą tylko  przeszkodą w zrealizowaniu zamierzonych zmian.

W naszej  nieświadomości działają siły o wielkich możliwościach, a drzemiące oczekiwanie może je aktywować.
Uwolnienie uśpionych możliwości sprzyja bardzo szybkim zmianom
w naszym życiu.
Te trzy siły pozwalają poczuć drzemiącą w nas siłę, mogącą pomóc nam osiągnąć prawie wszystko.

      Oczekiwanie nie jest najlepszym sposobem na pozbycie się nadmiernej wagi.
      Oczekiwanie prowokuje do przemyśleń i rozmów na temat odchudzania.
      Jednak nie wolno pozwolić, aby to oczekiwanie zaczęło się oddalać, bo
      wtedy zdasz sobie sprawę, że czekałaś, ale nic z tego nie wyszło.
      A zatem koniec walki, koniec marzeń o zmianie wyglądu. Trzeba zdać się na siły wielkich
      możliwości, a obudzą drzemiące oczekiwanie, które stanie się aktywnym.
