Problemów nie da się uniknąć, są częścią życia każdego z nas. Można się jednak nauczyć jak lepiej je znosić i jak stawiać czoła złym emocjom. Dla ponad 90% z nas źródłem napięcia jest praca zawodowa. Również powodów do zdenerwowania nie brakuje w domu. Sprzeczka z dziećmi, nieporozumienie z mężem, kłopoty finansowe. Nawet codzienna jazda samochodem, stanie w korkach wystawiają nas na stres. Każda sytuacja, w wyniku której powstaje napięcie, jest stresująca.

To, kiedy stres zaczyna być niebezpieczny zależy od reakcji ciała. Jeżeli reakcja negatywna trwa zbyt długo,to dochodzi do osłabienia systemu odpornościowego. Powiem ci, że to nie stres, ale sposób  w jaki reagujesz na sytuację stresową działa negatywnie na twoje zdrowie.

Jak więc temu sprostać i jak walczyć ze stresem? Istnieje wiele sposobów walki z tą sytuacją i reagowania na nią. Trzeba wyzwolić w sobie umiejętność odpoczywania. Trzeba również znaleźć równowagę między wysiłkiem, aktywnością a relaksem. Gdy  czujesz, że dopada cię stres i nastrój się obniża, wyjdź z domu na przechadzkę. W trakcie spaceru układ nerwowy produkuje dużą ilość hormonów  szczęścia. To dzięki nim odczuwasz uspokojenie i przyjemność przebywania na świeżym powietrzu. Działają znieczulająco na twoje kłopoty i masz wrażenie, ze stres powoli się oddala.

Warto jeść produkty bogate w magnez, który poprawia odporność i dodaje energię / ryby, zielone warzywa,migdały, kakao/. Spróbuj treningu mózgu, rozwiązuj krzyżówki, łamigłówki, czy układaj puzzle. Ćwicz regularnie, gimnastyka pozwala spojrzeć  na wyzwania życiowe z dystansem i bez napięcia. Codziennie przed snem wykonuj proste ćwiczenia oddechowe np: usiądź po turecku, wyprostuj plecy, oprzyj dłonie na kolanach. Zrób głęboki wdech nosem, następnie wypuść ustami powietrze. Ćwiczenie powtórz kilka razy. Odgoń stres, biorąc kilkunastominutową kąpiel z dodatkiem olejku lawendowego lub innych ziół. Bądź optymistką. Myślenie negatywne może cię kosztować nawet kilka lat.

Przestroga: nie ,, lecz ” się kawałkiem ciasta lub innymi słodyczami. Dodatkowe 100 kalorii dziennie sprawi, że w ciągu roku twoja waga wzrośnie o 4.5 kg.

Czy wiesz że:                                     makrele, sardynki, orzechy i tran uzupełniają braki kwasów omega 3 chroniących przed niepokojem i depresją. Banany i awokado dostarczają magnezu, którego niedobór powoduje nerwowość.

Cel na dzisiaj:                                   sporządź drożdżowy napój, który wzmacnia i chroni układ nerwowy. Łyżeczkę drożdży zalej szklanką gorącego mleka lub wrzątkiem. gdy napój przestygnie, wypij.

Witam Panie Wojtku.To wszystko prawda stres zabija i zabiera lata życia,ale we współczesnym świecie życie bez stresu jest chyba niemożliwe.Trzeba by było w ogóle nie oglądać telewizji(tego akurat nie robię),nie czytać wiadomości w necie i wynieść się na bezludna wyspę.Odżywianie ma oczywiście ogromne znaczenie i wiem,że pocieszanie ciastkiem ma bardzo przykre konsekwencje,więc staram się tego nie robić,ale nie zawsze się to udaje.Staram się jeść ryby morskie bogate w kwasy omega-3 oraz produkty bogate w magnez: orzechy,migdały,zielone warzywa itp,ale stresu jest tyle,że to nie zawsze wystarcza,a aktywność fizyczna nie zawsze mnie uspokaja.
