Zastanawiałaś się kiedyś jak skomplikowane jest twoje ciało? Jak funkcjonuje?. Kiedy czytasz te słowa równocześnie myślisz, oddychasz, i twoje serce bije. Ciało jest bardzo mądrym systemem, a nawet fascynującym. Pomyśl o tym. Wiedz,że za swoje zdrowie jednak ty sama jesteś odpowiedzialna. Odpowiadasz za to jaką kondycję i witalność ma twój organizm, oraz za to jak wyglądasz.

Pamiętaj:  j e s t e ś     t y m     c o   j e s z.

Codzienna gonitwa dom – praca – dom  sprawia,że zapominasz jak ważne jest spożywanie prawidłowych posiłków. Jedzenia w pośpiechu nie ma korzystnego wpływu na twój organizm.Skup swoją uwagę na zjedzeniu porządnego śniadania. To nie prawda,że unikanie śniadania, pomoże szybciej zrzucić zbędne kilogramy. Wręcz przeciwnie.Śniadanie jest najważniejszym posiłkiem w ciągu dnia,bo odpowiednia ilość i jakość węglowodanów sprawi,że będziesz mieć energię do działania przez cały dzień. Dlatego nie przyjmuję twojego tłumaczenia,że nie masz na poranny posiłek czasu. Śniadanie powinnaś zjeść najpóźniej godzinę po przebudzeniu, a kolejne posiłki ustal co 3-4 godziny. W przeciwnym razie możesz rozregulować metabolizm i doprowadzić do spowolnienia przemiany materii. Musisz wiedzieć także, że poranny posiłek zapewnia równy poziom cukru we krwi, reguluje poziom hormonu odpowiadającego za uczucie głodu. Uruchamia metabolizm po nocnym odpoczynku. Śniadanie bogate w węglowodany i białko sprawi,że będziesz odczuwała mniejszy głód i pragnienie. Wiedz też,osoby które nie jedzą śniadań podświadomie o jedną piątą częściej wybierają tłuste i bardziej kaloryczne potrawy w ciągu dnia. Jeżeli już na prawdę nie masz ochoty na jedzenie z samego rana, rozpocznij dzień od koktajlu lub niewielkiej porcji jogurtu, a potem zjedz coś pożywniejszego.

Rada:    jedz posiłek wolno, starannie przeżuwaj. Żołądek nie ma zębów i  nie radzi sobie z dużymi kęsami.A rano przed wypiciem swojej ulubionej kawy, wypij szklankę wody.

Czy wiesz że:  dobra dieta to taka, która zmienia twoje zwyczaje żywieniowe na zawsze, na zawsze! I nie ma, nie było i chyba nie będzie diety cud.

I powiem ci jeszcze jedno, odchudzanie zaczyna się w głowie. Najpierw wymaga przemyśleń, a potem działania.

Cel na dzisiaj:  zwolnij,wyluzuj,pośpiech i stres mają negatywny wpływ na układ trawienia.Uśmiechaj się częściej do ludzi. Wiosna idzie.

Witam!Tak,tak to prawda,że to jak się czujemy zależy od nas samych.Na temat jedzenia rano śniadania od jakiegoś czasu cały czas piszą.Staram się,ale nie zawsze mi to wychodzi.Myślę,że potrzebuję więcej dyscypliny i motywacji,ale jak napisałeś wiosna idzie,więc mam nadzieję,że będę się częściej uśmiechać i moja motywacja już rośnie.Chyba zajrzę na Twoją stronę,bo nie wiem czy sama dam sobie radę.Pozdrawiam!

      No właśnie, wszyscy dużo wiemy o zdrowym odżywianiu. Jednak niechęć o zadbanie o siebie jest duża.
      A może to tylko wygoda. Opamiętanie przyjdzie z czasem.
